On May 28, 2020, the College of Bishops of the Catholic Apolstolic Church in North America released the following pastoral message in response to the incidents Recent incidents in Minneapolis, MN and Brunswick, GA, where two black men were brutally murdered, one due to excessive force by a policeman and the other gunned down by two white vigilantes.
Father Larry Hansen was interviewed on the Rose City Gumbo show about "Coping with Death." Fr. Hansen is the pastor of the Catholic Apostolic Church in North America's Cana House Mission in Portland, Oregon.
Reverend Tony Green was consecrated as a bishop of the Catholic Apostolic Church in North America (CACINA) on September 21, 2019 in Albany, New York by Francisco Betancourt, Diocesan Bishop, Diocese of the Little Portion.
The College of Bishops of the Catholic Apostolic Church in North America is united in desperate prayer for God’s loving comfort to be with the people of El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, as they, and our entire nation, grieve the horrible murder and wounding of God’s precious people in the El Paso and Dayton Communities by mass shooters.
The People of God of the Diocese of the Little Port have consented to the election of Father Tony Green as auxiliary bishop. He will be concentrated bishop on September 21, 2019.
