Bishop Ron, director of Saint Charles Of Brazil Institute, holds dual master’s degrees in English Language/Literature and Education, University of Windsor, as well as a master’s degree in Catholic Psychology and Spiritual Direction, Divine Mercy University, VA . He is also both a graduate of St. Charles Institute as well as an instructor, where he teaches courses in Old Testament and Pauline studies.

Bishop Ron is Presiding Emeritus and Liturgist of CACINA.

Father Victor Desantis, STL

An instructor in moral theology, Fr. Victor holds a BS in Philosophy from St. Bernard's Seminary, Rochester, NY. From there he went on to Rome to attend the North American College Seminary and the Pontifical Gregorian University, where he received a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (STL).

Fr. Victor was ordained a Roman Catholic priest at the North American College in December, 1960, after which he returned to the Albany, NY, Diocese and was assigned to St. Anthony's Parish. He was also assigned to teach theology and Latin at Cardinal McCloskey High School. He subsequently attended Siena College, receiving a master's degree in Education. Fr. Victor resigned from the Roman Catholic priesthood in 1970 and married his wife Mary in 1971. Fr. Victor joined the Catholic Apostolic Church in North America (CACINA) in 2015 and became a co-pastor at St. John of God Parish with Bishop Anthony

Father Larry Hansen, MA, BCC/CFHPC, CT-R

An instructor in pastoral counseling, Fr. Larry holds a BA in English Education from Oregon State University and an MA in Theology from the University of Portland. He is a board-certified Chaplain and Fellow in Hospice and Palliative Care with the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. He is also a board-certified member of the Spiritual Care Association. Now semi-retired, he holds the Certificate in Thanatology/Retired Status (CT-R) from the Association for Death Education and Counseling.

Fr. Larry has worked in health care for 30 years, first as a volunteer for two hospice programs, then for ten years as Chaplain and Volunteer Coordinator at Legacy Hopewell House, an inpatient hospice facility in Southwest Portland, Oregon. He then served on the spiritual care team at Kaiser West Side Medical Center in Hillsboro, Oregon from 2013-2017.

Combining instruction in church history with additional mentoring in biblical studies, Bishop Michael holds a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Saint Francis College, Brooklyn, NY. He has also done graduate work in the MSW program at Fordham University

A retired detective in the New York City Police Department, Bishop Michael’s last assignment was in the Employee Assistance Unit as a Peer Support Counselor. From 2002 to 2011 he served as the City-Wide Clergy Liaison assigned to the Community Affairs Bureau at Police Headquarters, where his duties included interacting with various religious denominations, faith-based organizations, and underrepresented faiths.

Bishop Michael is currently serving as Presiding Bishop of CACINA, Diocesan Bishop of Ho,y Trinity and Pastor of the CACINA Catholic Parish of St. Benedict, an all- inclusive faith community in Oakland Park, Florida.

An instructor in Christian dogma, Father Craig received a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology and Counseling from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, Italy, and was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1991. In addition, Father Craig holds a Master of Education from Cabrini University in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Father Craig has been employed full-time for nearly twenty years as a bereavement counselor at Hospice of the Piedmont, which has offices in both Charlottesville and Culpeper, Virginia.

Father Craig was elected by the parishioners of St. Andrew’s CACINA as pastor in 2019.
