Deacon Victor's ministry consists of advocating for access, equality, social justice and inclusion for the marginalized in both health care and educational institutions. For over thirty years he has served on boards throughout the New York area. He has also served on committees at the request of the governor of New York, dealing with health care issues touching the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS.

Deacon Victor is available to administer the Sacraments of Baptism, Anointing of the Sick, and Marriage as well as funeral services.
